Sleepy maintenance team and poor solution for problem


I left my laptop for repair because it was not turning on. The solution they found was to change the motherboard, processor and other stuff. They took 3 weeks to do that and they sent me back my laptop with an i3 processor, but it was i7. My laptop even have a big and far sticker with i7 written on it. The solution: send it to us for 3 more weeks so we can repair a mistake that we did but a 5-years-old kid wouldn't have done. The result: almost 2 months without my laptop. Hope something like this doesn't happen to you and take care when when sending something to Geek Squad. Always check your laptop configs to se if matches with the configs it had before.
